A recommendation: Jay Shetty

I just listened to a podcast by Jay Shetty. He lived as a monk for a couple of years and wrote the book "Live like a monk" with an approach of living in the city but applying certain mindset. I absolutely loved the book and then I started listening to his podcast on Spotify. Today I heard the method he recommends to improve bits by bits for a long term good feeling.


  • 10 minutes exercise. There are apps to help you do this, Youtube apps, taking a walk, a bike ride or find your own routine.

  • 7 minutes meditation. There are apps to help you do this, Youtube apps, taking a walk, a bike ride or find your own method.

  • 3 minutes journaling. Clear your mind. Get it out.
